Setec S.r.l. considers improving the quality of its products and services as a central commitment to greater customer satisfaction and pursues this strategy through the key points of the quality policy, which are:

  • improving control over the quality of products made by suppliers and internal company processes;
  • the continuous and constant updating of the equipment and methods of the analysis service provided by the organisation’s internal laboratory;
  • the satisfaction of the external and internal Customer (Staff, Suppliers), managing to anticipate their needs and expectations and convert them into requirements for the Organization.

In particular, the Management gives full responsibility and autonomy in the design, implementation and control of the Quality Management System (QMS) to Mrs. Luca Campana, who takes on the role of Quality Management System Manager (RGQ).

The Management of Setec, with this document, expresses its responsibility towards the environment and extends it in a binding manner to all employees of the Company in such a way that a Product is always supplied at the highest levels of Quality while respecting the protection of environmental heritage and the safety of employees and customers.
The commitment to protection is expressed in the following commitments:
  • absolute compliance with all current environmental regulations applicable to the activity; prevention of pollution and minimization of risks associated with the activities carried out on site and, where possible, at the Customer’s premises;
  • continuous training and information for employees to increase and promote responsibility and awareness about the environment; raising customer awareness for collaboration in the control and minimization of environmental impacts;
  • raising awareness of Suppliers on the issues of prevention and control of environmental impacts, as well as use where possible of eco-compatible products;
  • maximum communication and transparency with the community and local public bodies to gain trust in the activities carried out by Setec; implementation of an energy and water saving policy.

To implement these commitments, the Management has decided to implement an Environmental Management System compliant with the UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 standard, integrated with the Quality Management System, defining and allocating adequate resources in terms of personnel, time and means: in particular, the Management gives full responsibility and autonomy in the design, implementation and control of the Environmental Management System (EMS) to Stefania Blanchi, who assumes the role of Manager of the Environmental Management System (RSGA).
