INTERMITTENT DRYING CHAMBER TYPE ES DIE IN PLASTER

Used for drying plaster molds of all types and sizes. They are characterized with a cycle of about 120 hours and allow the concentration of humidity to be reduced to values close to 1%.

They consist of a modular structure adaptable to various capacities, usually made of metal carpentry covered with insulating panels. On request, the supporting structure can also be made of masonry. The hot air comes from an indirect type hot air generator connected to special axial fans that can guarantee sufficient air changes and the considerable movement of the same.

The distribution of hot air is obtained through special perforated sheet walls that guarantee uniform conditions inside the chamber.

The humid air is sucked in by axial fans controlled by control probes.

The dryer is supplied in the following versions:

STANDARD with semi-automatic checks of the parameters T ° C and% RH
AUTOMATIC characterized by a more sophisticated control system entrusted to a PC connected to a PLC capable of automatically managing the drying curve. Also equipped with digital historical archive, printer and diagnostic functions.

INTERMITTENT DRYER ROOM TYPE EC FOR CERAMIC ITEMS

Of a structural concept similar to the mold dryers, they represent a valid solution for obtaining the white drying of sanitary ware in vitreous-china or fire-clay. They operate with cycles ranging from 16-18 hours in the drying of freshly poured pieces (high moisture content) to 10-12 hours for pieces already subjected to a natural pre-drying in the casting department.

They are equipped with thermo-ventilation groups consisting of indirect type hot air generators equipped with an automatic temperature control system. The large volumes of moving air are guaranteed by the presence of special axial fans capable of guaranteeing a high number of hourly air changes.

The hot air distribution system exploits the traditional solution with micro-perforated sheets which is the most guaranteed in the drying processes of ceramic sanitary ware.

Advantages:

High homogeneity of the drying conditions;
High production yields;
Limited installation area;
Can also be used for mixed productions of vitreous-china and fire-clay;
Low specific consumption;
