Hydraulic presses type H
Vicentini hydraulic presses are used in the production of ceramic objects that need to be pressed without rotation. The molding of the object to be produced takes place by compressing the ceramic mixture inside a mold. The mold can be metallic or in plaster depending on the type of ceramic material used and the product to be made.
Each model of hydraulic press is characterized by the force (number of tons) with which it can execute the press: the smallest press has a force of 5 tons, while the most powerful press reaches 90 tons.
These values are obtained by means of hydraulic centers which drive an hydraulic piston with the possibility of modulating the rise-descent speed of the moving crosspiece.
