AUTOMATIC MULTIASSE PALLETIZER FOR FILOTS

The machine allows the automation of the process for the storage of the filaments coming out of the kneading-cutter unit. The standard version allows the pyramid palletization with single or double sampling depending on the size of the mixer outlet. The unit is composed of two self-supporting linear modules in anodized aluminum, supported by a robust one
metal carpentry.

The movement of the two axes occurs through servo drives in c.c. high-performance. The withdrawal of the product is guaranteed by one or two series of suction cups supplied by a dry vacuum pump. The command logic is managed by a PLC of the latest generation, integrated by an interactive interface for a simple management of the operating cycles and a quick setting of the unit based on the size of the threads and the different palletizing logics.
