The machine is suitable for leather drying of the pieces shaped on plaster moulds; it is of the convection type with blower stations in the stop positions of the racks.
The dryer is essentially composed of:
– STRUCTURAL UNIT in sturdy metallic carpentry using the modular module system, cladding with insulated panels with opening side walls.
– TRANSPORT GROUP: plate transport system by means of chain with hangers and return wheels made on various levels, intermittent advancement controlled by the shaping unit motor brake group.
– HEATING UNIT: comprising air circulation fan, air vein gas burner with air-air heat exchanger, automatic temperature control, temperature, humidity and pressure indicator instruments, extraction fans, ducting system with damper control and air flow partialization for each floor of blowers.
