The function of the grinding machines is to allow the grinding of the support surfaces of WC, bidets, washbasins, sinks, etc.
SETEC GROUP offers 2 grinding machines:
– semi-automatic version for grinding horizontal surfaces, which thanks to a particular “tester” system allows the grinding arm to perfectly follow the profile of any piece that falls within the typical measurements of the production of hygienic-sanitary articles;
– automatic version, numerically controlled, for grinding both horizontal and vertical surfaces. The machine allows the memorization of any profile thanks to the aid of a learning joystick and a “user friendly” graphic interface. The machine is managed by a single operator who, once the article has been positioned on the appropriate support, selects and starts the work program.
