The foot cleaner is suitable for removing the glaze from the support surfaces of WC, water tanks, wash-basins, pedestals, etc., which have been previously glazed by spraying.
The machine is basically composed of:
- Basis in epoxy painted metal sheet on the part that is in contact with the water, mounted on fixed supports or pivoting wheels to facilitate its movement;
- Special anti-abrasive sponge rubber belt, put into rotation by rolls in stainless material through a variable speed motor;
- Self-cleaning squeezing device and small collection tank with taps for the circulation of the water;
- Start and stop device using a box-type starter, complete with overload protection (thermal relay) and power disconnect switch, according to CEI EN 60204-1 standard.
