The preparation of the gypsum for the casting molds is a seemingly simple procedure but which in reality requires high levels of precision to obtain a high quality of the plasters and consequently a long life of the working molds. For this SETEC has developed multiple solutions, with different sizes and different levels of automation, to carry out this operation. They range from simple systems with semi-automatic dosing and mixing under vacuum, up to totally automated systems where it is possible to control every parameter, from hydration times to water temperature. Speed, vacuum level, transfer times, micronized weighing etc. these are just some of the features of our gypsum preparation systems. Obviously, all systems can be customized with a series of options and our technical office can design tailor-made solutions for specific needs.
