The HPCM high pressure casting machines are designed for the production of tableware items with horizontal casting through the use of resin molds. The casting benches can be equipped with one or two molds, they can foresee the inclination during the casting and the demoulding by robots or automatic manipulators.
SETEC has numerous and valid solutions for all production needs of vitreouschina or fire-clay items. Thanks to the important experience gained and the continuous research dedicated to technological innovation, we are able to provide fully automated systems with integrated solutions for the handling of products. On request we can develop customized proposals that meet specific production needs, even with limited quantitative capacity.

The plant allows the high pressure casting of the following articles:
- Furnishing washbasins;
- Shower trays;
- Turkish vases;
- Cassettes and lids;
- Columns;
and more generally all those articles which can be manufactured with two-part micro-porous resin molds, which do not present particular design-related impediments.
