The UF 200 and UF 400 shaping units are machines with a heated rotating head with which it is possible to produce ceramic objects of various shapes and with particularly high quality.
They carry out the shaping of the ceramic mixture inside or outside plaster moulds. The UF units are equipped with a device for undercut machining.
Characteristics:
- manual or automatic cycle machining – linear movements with hydraulic control
- work parameters (speed, strokes, times) individually adjustable
- tachometers for spindle and gauge speed control (UF 400 only)
- dynamic vacuum locking device of the mould being formed.
The UF 200 and UF 400 can be integrated with a hot air dryer and mould transfer devices which create an automatic line with high productivity and minimum use of manpower.
