SAP 750

The SAP 750 unloader working in synchronism with the presses can take large, round or rectangular vessels directly from the machine immediately after molding.

A patented vacuum device provides support for the vessel even in the presence of drainage holes. During translation, the vessel is rotated (round jars only) and deburred with a special tool. The semi-automatic functioning of the SAP 750 synchronized with that of the press, guarantees a higher constant and homogeneous production, avoiding the typical deformations of the articles taken by hand.

The storage positions of the vessels are two with the possibility of programming as needed. The SAP 750 can be combined with the VICENTINI presses already in production, with a limited modification.

TRASFERITORE-IMPILATORE per piatti e piattini

Adatto al fine-linea di macchine per la finitura o smaltatura di piatti e piattini. Estremamente veloce e preciso grazie alla movimentazione tramite intermettitore meccanico permette l’impilamento fino a 10 pezzi.

La velocità di rotazione può essere variata tramite inverter. Il prelievo dei pezzi avviene tramite 4 bracci con ventose a vuoto alimentate da pompa a vuoto ad aria.

Le dimensioni dei bracci e le altezze di prelievo e deposito possono essere adattate alle diverse esigenze. L’unità viene fornita completa di quadro elettrico, di logica di comando e di conta pezzi.
